Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a durable box.

Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
